Welcome to the California Institute of Technology
Health Education website.

I hope you find the information useful and instructive. Health Education is a joint service of the Counseling and Student Health Centers.  I invite you to drop by, email or call (x2961) and let me know how I can assist you. My office is located in the Center for Student Services building, room 248.

Do you have questions about stress and stress management? Are you wondering if there are things you can do to get more restful sleep?  Do you wonder how you can fit exercise in to your busy schedule?  Do you have questions about safe sex, STDs, HIV/AIDS or other sexual health issues?  Do you want to know how to help a friend who is struggling with a drug or alcohol issue or want more information about drugs and alcohol use and abuse for yourself?

I'm available during my drop-in counseling hours and by appointment to confidentially discuss these and other health related issues in a confidential setting.  I look forward to working with you.

For graduate students the prizes include an iPod, a clock radio for the IPod, wireless headphones, $100 gift card that you can use at any store and one $25 gift card to Target.

Thank you for your thoughtful responses and for taking the time to complete this important survey!  Please feel free to email me with any questions or concerns.
